we are missing many of these, and some that are still there are loose, looking for the actual part number for a complete lock, and possibly the installation documentation.

This resembles our 10-557 lever handle assembly. Carefully compare it to your existing handles and see what you think. As for installation, watch the video below. It features a different product, but the principle is more or less the same.
