Hi. I need repair parts for an ADAMCO window. The channel is 28" long, 5/8" tall on the side, and 9/16" on the narrow side. It's a single-hung window. Pictures are attached. The number stamped on the channel is: a 2740. I need to know if the plastic parts, spring, block and tackle, etc. are included or if they are separate items. Thanks for your help.

Hello, Calvin. I think our S395-28 channel balance is exactly what you're looking for. This has a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match up then you should be good to go.
