I HAVE SOME OLDER ALENCO WINDOWS, SERIES 385 DH R30 MST 3860, I NEED 16 TILT LATCHES FOR THESE WINDOWS, I CAN'T FIND THEM ON YOUR SITE, I NEED THE SCREWS ALSO, PLEASE HELP, I CAN SEND THE PART IF YOU GIVE ME YOUR ADDRESS...THX ROBIN

Please send us pictures with measurements and we will help you identify replacement tilt latches.

I believe we never heard back from this user (they may have gone ahead and ordered something that worked - maybe they will respond after seeing your post). We can look into these latches for you if you are able to send us a picture.

Hole center to hole center
Hole center to edge where tongue protrudes
Overall width x length
