ALI Window parts

A handy person from Topeka, Kansas says:
Greetings:
I run a business that preps houses that are going on the market. I am prepping a house that has 4 windows that will not stay open. A couple have no channel balances and a couple j\have the balances but ware broken or loose. Attached are the pictures of one that I took out. They are 1/2 inch channels and the metal portion is 25 inches. The number on the Channel is 2420. Any assistance you can give me to get the right part the first time would be much appreciated.

Thank you for contacting us, John. Based on your pictures, I would recommend either our Series 390 or Series 351 depending on the depth of your bottom shoe.

Thank you, I totally missed that 1/8 inch on the 1501. I guess I needed to look at it on my desk top rather than my phone. Thanks.
