Thanks for reaching out! We do not have an exact match for your sweep lock but I believe our 90-180 Window Sash Lock may be worth considering as a replacement. It has a 2-1/4" hole center spacing and a 3/8" backset. Be sure to double check the measurement to determine if this might work as a replacement for you. Unfortunately, I am unable to confirm them from the photos.
