Hello,

We are not able to make out exact dimensions from photos but we do offer the 90-180 lock, which is a similar style to yours. Take a look to see how the 2-1/4" hole spacing and 3/8" backset compare to yours. This keeper is compatible with the 90-282 recessed keeper. As we mentioned, unfortunately, we are not able to make out the exact dimensions from photos. I can tell you that the 90-282 would be our closest match since we do not carry many recessed keepers. It also has elongated holes to make the part more versatile. If you decide to give it a try and run into any problems, our return policy can be found here.
