Scissor type. Awning. Lengths are in pictures. Arms are not stamped with any numbers on top or bottom. Underneath operator are only numbers. Picture included.

Thanks for posting! We do not have an exact replacement match for your Andersen operator but I believe our 39-206 Andersen Awning Operator Kit could work for your. To install this, you'll need to remove the existing brackets to install the connector brackets that come with the operator.
The compatible handle is the 39-286 Casement Window Handle.
