ANDERSON 11600-17 SASH BALANCER

Question

Hi,

I'm trying to repair an old Andersen window where the sash balancer has failed.

I've removed the balancers.

It appears to me the part numbers are 11600-17.
The windows is double hung.
I figure it's about 25 years old.

I also see a number stamped on the balancers:

K4 8#27 7-87

I need the left and right balancers.

Thanks for posting, Mike. Our 24-837 Andersen sash balance box should work in place of yours with the stamping of "8#27".
