ANDERSON HANDLE FOR CASEMENT WINDOW

Question

THE WINDOW WAS INSTALLED ABOUT 1972. THE HANDLE IS SLIPPING OF THE TURN DEVICE. I BELIEVE IT IS THE ONLY PART I NEED. I HAVE A NUMBER ON THE HANDLE
IT IS 60-6-7041-62. I DO NOT THE BUY A NEW WINDOW IT IS WOOD. THANK YOU FOR ANYTHING YOU CAN DO FOR ME.

Thanks for reaching out! The description of the issue with your hardware indicates that the gear in the operator is likely stripped which means you will need to replace the entire mechanism. To determine the right replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator. I am looking to see the body of the operator as well as the arm(s) and how the operator connects to the bottom of the window.
