I have the large Anderson Window rollout windows in my living room. House was built in 2005.

I need to replace a rollout handle, arm, gears, etc. This is the first 2 pictures attached.

I also need to replace the latch...third picture attached.

The numbers that I can read off of the glass are NFRC 001/002 and IGMAC CIG 3.2 03-05

Needed to see if you can help me find the correct replacement parts.

The roll out arm has number 3253707 with 09/28/2015 on it.
The other item is the latch mechanism. It has number 7-LH 08-RH noted on it.
Would you have either one of these items, if so the cost please?

Unforutnately, the numbers from the original hardware do not correspond to our parts. The operator we mentioned would be our closest options, but you'll need to measure the length of the arm compared to the images included in our last response to determine if one of them would work for your application.

I'm not sure if we have an exact match for the lock in your photo but it reminds me of one of our Escutcheon-style handles, such as the 38-205, 38-208, or 38-209. Take a look and compare the specifications of our parts to an intact lock assembly removed from the window to determine if one of these might be what you need.
