ANDERSON SCREEN DOOR

Sounds like you need to adjust your rollers lower. The 84-078 rollers are used in the top of the patio screen door. You should have the 84-070 rollers on the bottom, and they're the ones you want to adjust. Do they look familiar to you? I would check to see if your door has been installed upside down. Surprisingly enough, that's a common problem for this kind of door. You might also need to reverse the screen door handle.
