ANSI Z97,I-1981 White Doors Handlers, if you don't have those handles which will be the recommended one.

Your mortise lock resembles the 82-218, which is commonly used with handle sets such as the 82-030 with 3-15/16" hole spacing. Take a look and confirm that the hole spacing below matches your door's specifications. Thanks for posting!
