Thanks for reaching out to us. Based on these photos, it looks like the Series 380 or Series 385 would be a match. The difference between the two is the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best fit. There should also be a stamp on the metal channel that will tell you what stamp option to select for your replacements.
