I am looking for a replacement for this lock as it does not function.

Thanks for getting in touch with us. Your exact Andersen lock isn't made anymore, but our 82-037 was designed to work in the same capacity. As long as you replace the keeper and mortise at the same time it should work well.

It's the same story for for the thumb latch. See our 82-043 for the modern replacement.

Hello! Did you review our 82-037 mortise assembly that we recommended above? If not, that should be the first thing you do.
