A/W lock and thumb latch

Hi the number on the back of the thumb latch I have is s2573553 I think the replacement part number I need is 82-043. I would like to replace the key and cylinder for the lock. Which one would work with the thumb latch?

Thank you! The key cylinders most commonly used with this latch are our left handed 82-316, or the right handed 82-317 (handing determined by outside looking in by which panels is operating). Let me know what you think.
