My awning operator will only open not close the handle has a marking of 11500-11. it is a left handed piece which measures 5 3/8" top to bottom. the bottom piece measures 2 1/8" wide. it has 3 screw holes one at the top and 2 near the bottom. Note the bottom holes do not line up. Let me know if you need any other information. Thank You

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your operator is similar in design to our 39-084, but our dimensions differ slightly. I can't find a closer match, so I would recommend triple checking your measurements just to be safe.
