About Window balance

Question

The window does not stay open.
I checked the sash shoes.
I think they are fine.
So I am going to change a couple of the window balances.

'29" SERIES 600 SPIRAL TILT WINDOW BALANCE' can be compatible with my window balance?

As long as the outer tube is 5/8" or 9/16" in diameter then I think our Series 600 could be a good match. You will need to weigh your sash on a scale to determine the appropriate tip color option.
