Hello, Bob. This part is called a pivot bar. It's tough to make out what yours is based on this photo, though, since so much of it has broken off. My recommendation would be to start by looking at our 26-402, or maybe even our 26-449. You will need an undamaged version to use as a reference when matching these up.
