Hi David,
Thanks for the photo. I'm sorry to say we would not be able to provide you with a suitable replacement for the hinge you are searching for. The hinges we have are made for compatibility with casement and awning windows. Unfortunately, not of them could be retrofitted to fit your application.
Our sincerest apologies that we could not be of more help with this repair!
