Accu Weld Window Positive Control Balance marked 8R

I have Accu Weld Replacement windows,much to my disappointment. 2 of the positive control balances snapped. They are the dual coil and are marked 8R. Do you have them?

Start by looking at our S140-8 coil balance system. Is this a match? If not, please take a couple pictures of your hardware and we can work from there!

Thank you, but I did look at a photo of S140-8 and it does seem to be a match, so I ordered 2 from your company,
