Acme casement operators

Question

I am hoping you can help me identify the operator pictured here.

We took some measurements. The arms were each 12" long when fully extended from the gear to the tip of the arm, not including the brass hardware at the end of each arm. And a total of 25.5" spread when open.

The two arms had part numbers inscribed on them: 3669 151214 and 3070 151214

The crank measured about 5/16" for the spline(?) it was marked 2102 R2

My customer is interested in about 50 pcs. of the complete operators and 50-100 pcs. of the cranks only.

Can you please send me the part numbers and a quote for the operators and cranks. Please include an ETA and freight costs as well as any applicable fees we might incur.

Thank you for your assistance. This is time sensitive because they have many operators to replace.

Your operator reminds me of the 39-312. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to your assembly. We also offer the 39-114" or folding 39-205 handles. Please note that these have an 11/32" diameter opening to accommodate the 39-312 spline.

Unfortunately, we do not carry the 39-312 operator in aluminum or silver to match your original part. Our best match would be white. We apologize for the inconvenience.
