Acme rollers/guide removal

Hi,
Was able to determine that my closet doors use Acme rollers/guides (23-017 and 23-018A), however, was wondering if you could share instructions for proper removal replacement? I've mangled an already damaged closet door to remove the hardware and wanted to replace the hardware on other closet doors.

Hello,

To replace these Acme rollers and guides, we recommend removing the door from the track and placing it on a flat surface. Then, use something like needlenose pliers to get a good grip on the housing and manipulate it back and forth to disengage the hook portion from the door frame. There's no special trick to it but it can require some work and elbow grease. Thanks for posting!
