“I have an Acorn Series 1200 sliding aluminum patio door from the early 1980s. The broken roller assembly has:
• One single large wheel, approximately 1.5” diameter, dark/rubber edged
• A tall adjustable brass/gold coloured carrier bracket with a height adjustment screw running vertically through the centre
• A separate spring mechanism at the top of the bracket
• An octagonal mounting plate at the bottom
• The bracket appears to have broken apart at the wheel housing
The door label reads: Acorn Series 1200, CGSB 82-GP-2A, C.M.H.C. approved, Sliding Aluminum Patio Door.

Thanks for your post! This screen door roller reminds me of the 84-016 (nylon wheel) or 84-104 (steel wheel) Screen Door Roller. Both rollers are used with the 95-020 Acorn Patio Screen Door Corner.
To determine if this style roller and the corner are a match, carefully look over the specifications and compare them. They can be found on the website.
