Question

Which roller do I need? I am on the Homeowners Association for a condominium in Seattle and we have ~50 doors where rollers and some handles need replacements. We are fine doing one door to verify parts if you suggest we order an assortment of roller pairs and see which ones work.

There are a couple possibilities. I think you should start by looking at either our 81-033 or our 81-005 rollers. I believe the 81-005 could be for an older version of the #1000R Patio door. They might be interchangeable, but I"m not sure. You really should remove the existing roller from your door to confirm. As for the handle, I suggest comparing our 82-055 to your existing hardware. This may be a match.
