Attached is a photo of the handle in place. The second photo is the broken black plastic hardware that holds the handle.

Can you tell me the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center? That will help us find a good match.

The distance between installation holes is 5 inches

I'm afraid I couldn't find anything with that hole spacing. Can you confirm you're measuring the handles that mount the plate to the door, and not the holes that mount the pull to the plate? I believe the holes should be 3-1/2". If so, see our 82-055.

You are correct. The mount plate to the door spacing is 3 1/2 inches.
