Acorn DorWal Handel Set

Question

I have a sliding glass door handle that has broken. I cannot find a part/model number. It measures INTERIOR: Plate: 5 1/2" & Handle: 9 1/2". Exterior: Plate: Smallest 3 3/4" & Handle: 7 1/16". The door is roughly 35 years old. What would be the best replacement for this handle set & how much is it?

This looks like our 82-055 handle set. However, just make sure that the distance between the installation holes are 3-1/2", from center-to-center. It is also meant for doors that are 1" thick. These are vital measurements.
