Acorn crank windows

A home owner from Woodbury, NY says:
Hi - I recently bought a house that has 3 long acorn windows in the family room. Each window has the same issue. When it is opened, the top hinge is not properly securing the window as I believe there is a black plastic part that is broken on each. I suspect I need to replace that black plastic part or maybe the entire top hinge. See attached photos. Please advice. Thanks!

Hello, thanks for posting! We do not sell that black piece separately, however you may be able to use our 36-048 as a substitute hinge. Compare its dimensions to yours to see if this could work.
