Need to find these parts for a customer. Please help

Sizing: 3/4" tall

1 3/4" long

11/16" wide

We don't have this exact top sash guide, but I'm reminded of our 18-142. This looks very similar to your part except that ours has a long flat cap on top. Would that get in the way of installation? If you look over our other dimensions, do they all match up? Would it be possible to trim that top cap off to get it to fit? Let me know your thoughts!
