This is a door keep with two hex head bolts. The frame of the keeper pushes against the door frame.

Hello!
I'm afraid we aren't familiar with this keeper at first glance. Would it be possible for us to see some photos of the lock it engages with? I can't promise we'll have a suitable replacement but that should help us confirm.
