I'm not sure of the manufacturer but hopefully the photos help identify the replacement part needed.

Hello! These photos are a huge help, thank you. My first recommendation would be the 82-080. I believe this is just what you need, but look it over and let me know what you think!

I don't know if I responded to the email or on this web page. Just in case,

I think you're correct. I only need the lever handle in white. Is it sold like that or do I need to get the whole door handle?

I'm afraid the individual components of the 82-080 are not sold separately. We only sell the complete handle set. I apologize for the inconvenience.
