Adams-Rite Industry, CA. lock plate with embedded weathertstripping

Hello,

I have a commercial door that needs to have the lock plate with the embedded weatherstripping replaced. It appears that the felt weatherstripping is embedded into the plate and it cannot be slid out and replaced as I had hoped. I have added the dimensions of the plate and it's opening along with pictures showing the plate and the wording "Adams-Rite, Industry, CA. in one of the pictures. I need two of these. If need be, I can add the mounting holes and opening if that makes it easier to find/fabricate?
