Top Sash Guide Leg Length

On these sash guides (18-047), Is there only one screw hole opening? Also what is the width on the leg ? I am looking for a qty of 25 sets but not quite sure this is the exact match. thank you sherry , broadway glass and mirror

The leg's length is 5/16"
