Ademco Door & Threshold Seals

Please see the attached photos. The seal on the side of the door frame is about 3/4" wide and the kerf is 1/4". I also need the bottom threshold. I think this is an old Ademco atrium style door. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid that we don't sell either the side seal or the bottom sweep for this door. The best option I can offer you is the 58-176 for the bottom; this installs by being screwed into the door on either side, rather than pushing up with kerfs like your original. I know it's not idea, but it is our best option for you.

Any idea where to source the side seal?

I'm not familiar with the Ademco brand so I'm unfortunately not sure who else may have these. A local hardware store (like a Mom and Pop sort of place) may be able to point you in the right direction.
