Hello folks I'm fixing for a client a double hung Anderson. the lower sash is cracked the one of the balances is broken and the lock is broken as well. Its a circa 1977. should I take the top jam liner off to identify?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We may be able to help with the balance and the lock but I'm afraid we can't assist with the cracked sash.
To ID the balance, we will need you to remove it from the window and show us all of the numbers that are printed on it. The related video will demonstrate how to do so. As for the lock, may we see photos of that as well? Knowing the installation hole center spacing would be helpful too.
