Adhesive for Gapco glazing?

I'm getting 200 lengths of snap-in glazing for a commercial job. The 55-192.
Do you know the best adhesive to make this work on Gapco aluminum sashes?

The original adhesive used by manufactures is an oil base type caulk. I find it hard to work with. I normally use a type of Adhesive caulk, like Phenoseal brand. Check with a local hardware store and see what they suggest. If you want to use a silicone type caulk (which can also be hard to work with) use the Silicone type 2, it is less damaging to the insulated glass sealant.
