Adjustable slide bracket it has a Pat 3220 on it.

The second picture is the slide that is broken in half, and the first

Picture is the opposite side that is not broken. I believe it is

the right hand side that is broke. I will need instructions to take

out the old broken part, and reinstall the new one.

That appears to be a slide off of an awning window hinge. These aren't sold by themselves, unfortunately. We also don't have this exact hinge assembly, though you may be able to use our 36-048 as a substitute as long as you replace both sides at the same time.
