Adjusting for Length

A home owner from San Antonio, TX says:
Hi, I'm quite sure this is the replacement beading I need based on the photos and measurements. My windows, however, are longer at 68" x 43 3/4". What technique do you recommend for installing the lengths that are wider than the manufactured length of the bead?

There isn't really a trick to it. You just need to cut them as evenly as possible so that they butt together. You can use heavy shears for a straight cut.
