Advice for correct part

A home owner from Rochester MN says:

hi,

I am glad we stumbled across your site for replacement window parts. I have attached pictures of our 'block and tackle' balance and want to ensure I order the correct part. The channel is 25" in length: 1/2" wide. The original manufacturer was Weathershield.

Thanks for your help -- the window has not been usable for a couple of years and look forward to restoring its function.

Hi, Gene!

Your balance looks like a match for our S350-25 with the 2440 spring strength option. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks for your very quick reply! I have ordered the part and look forward to receiving and installing.

I did note the website did not indicated my card did not go through -- but I see a couple of charges on my credit card.

I did intend to only purchase ONE replacement part -- if you can check and see if a single transaction went through, that would help.

Thanks again for your help -- really appreciate --

Yep, on my end I can see that you ordered (1) S350-25. However, we always recommend replacing your balances in pairs. Pairing a new balance with an old one would cause the new one to wear out faster, since it has to pick up the slack for its older counterpart.
