Air-Lite Landaidor Rollers

Home Owner from San Mateo California
The rollers on our 5 foot wide and 8 foot high Air-lite Lanaidor sliders (2 of them) have finally stopped working. Do you have new rollers for those doors? I called one (seemed very knowledgeable)person who quoted me $500 for roller replacement, and that I would need to change the glass. My mother is 99, and we just need to egress the house for another...maybe 5 years.
Can we buy the rollers from you?

Hello,

We may be able to supply replacement rollers for your door but we will need to see a photo of the original roller removed from the door to compare to our inventory. I'll attach our removal video below to assist you. Thank you!

Hello, SWISCO: Do you carry the roller that this San Mateo home owner needed? I'm asking because we also have Air-Lite doors and are looking for rollers. I don't see any reference to "Lanaidor" on our door labels, but I am guessing we have the same door model although different size (one door is approx. 3 feet wide and 6 ft 8 inches high, the other is approx 4 feet wide and the same height).

Thanks for any info on this!

Hello,

Unfortunately, the customer hasn't gotten back to us with the additional photos we requested. If you could show us your roller removed from the door, along with written-out dimensions, we'd be happy to confirm if we carry a suitable replacement.

Belated thanks for your info above. Quick question: Are rollers for the "matching" sliding screen door likely to be the same or different than for the sliding glass door? I'm asking because it might be easier to get a photo of the one on the screen door -- although the one I eventually want to replace is on the glass door.

Thanks!

Unfortunately, screen doors and sliding glass doors generally use different rollers since the weight capacity is different. For this reason, we would need to see the roller removed from the door that needs the replacement parts.
