I only see one screw in picture, and am assuming this is a set screw.
Does this part also have an adjusting screw for raising/lowering wheel? Is so, is it located directed below set screw?

That screw shown on the 81-133 is the adjustment screw, which raises and lowers the wheel. I believe the flanges on the back end of the housing are what secure the roller into the patio door frame. Are you sure the 81-133 is what you have, though? If you aren't 100% sure, I would like to see a photo of the roller you need. That will help us find a better match.

Not sure, but will take door off to check. The flange is the roller cleaner (I think). I'll take a picture once I remove. Maybe the top screw in the door is the set screw mounted against the door??? Thanks, Dave.
