Alcan Window

A home owner from Palm Harbor Florida says:
37"Long, 9/16"W and 5/8" deep, channel balance spring for a 9.2 pound window. The current balance has the number 3610B (the B is upside down) stamped on the metal channel.

I can't tell for sure which end parts I need from your pictures. Can you advise?

Thank you.

Thanks for writing in. See our S380-37 or S385-37 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best. You will need to select a stamp option of 3610, which is for a window sash that weighs between 8 through 13 lbs. Let us know if you have any questions.
