Alcan Window Glazing

Question

Hi,
I have Alcan windows that are about 22 years old. Between the glass and the aluminum frame is a vinyl strip that has become brittle due to sun and heat exposure. I have attached a picture. Can you help with the replacement part and some basic instructions. I've attached some pictures.

Thanks for posting! I can't quite recognize what you have based on the images provided, but look at our 55-092 Snap-In Glazing. This is a possible replacement glazing for Alcan windows, though we have heard no reports as to whether or not it is a sure-thing. Compare its dimensions to your own glazing and see if you think it will work. If not, please remove a small sample from the window and take a profile image of it so that we can have a better look.
