Alcan plastic glazing

A home owner from Naples.FL says:

I live in Naples Florida my Condo was built in 1989 with Alcan windows.

The plastic glazing has cracked throughout the house can you identify this part or suggest a replacement.

We may be able to help, but can you remove a sample and show us its end profile? You can compare that cross-section view to our selection here.

Unfortunately I cannot remove it without it cracking in several places.

I will try to take another picture of the cross section that you might be able to identify with one of your products.

I am afraid I can't say for certain what glazing you have without seeing a sample removed. Now that said, Alcan windows are often known to use our 55-092 or 55-299, but ultimately you'll have to remove a sample and compare the end profile to see which (if either) matches. See the video below.
