Thanks for posting. See our 18-161 Top Sash Guide. Look it over and see what you think. You also show a 19-005 Balance Top in your pictures. Replacing this on your channel balance can be an involved process; it may prove easier to simple replace your balances. We can help you with this, but we'll need to see the balance out of the window, with both attachments photographed. The length of the metal channel, as well as a picture of the stamp code on the channel, would also be helpful. Many thanks.
