Window Side Rails 3650 BSI NG

Question

I need side rails for Alcan vertical sliding window right and left side. Rail measures 37 inches long by 1/2 inch wide it has the numbers 3650 B. S. I. NG stamped on it. Do you have those available if not is there another brand I can use to replace. Thank you

Depending on the depth of the bottom shoe, you have S380-37 or S385-37, but I can't tell which. Measure and choose the closest option. Series 380 has a 1" shoe, and Series 385 has a 1-3/32" shoe. As for the stamp option, you'd have to weigh your window sash to be sure, but it may be "3650" since that is stamped on your balance.
