Alcan window balances

Question

I'm trying to replace window balances. The writing on the old ones says B.S.I. and the number says 2930. the length is 30" and the top fitting seems to match Series 385 or 390 but the bottom one doesn't seem to match any of them.

Your shoe seems closer to the 15-005. Assuming you have the 19-005 top attachment, I recommend you consider the Series 380 channel balance. Just make sure the dimensions of your shoe matches our 15-005. Style doesn't matter as much as size.
