We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a photo of the operator removed from the window so that we can see the linkage that connects to the internal window hardware, as well as see a clear view of the installation hole placement. Please also provide dimensions to compare to our replacement options. Thank you!

Your operator looks a lot like our 39-258 and 39-259 VE Andersen operators. This is a bit unusual since you mentioned that you have Alcan windows and Andersen hardware is generally used exclusively on Andersen windows. 

That being said, take a look and see how the dimensions compare. If you notice any discrepancies, please write out your exact measurements and we can go from there. Thank you!
