Alcan window parts

I have some alcan windows, non tilt in my house of different sizes. I just ordered some parts for the balances and I clip but after install I realized that I may need additional parts. I followed instructions on the video when installing but they don't stay along side the window bottom when push it down. Can you please provide any assistance

I also need some glazing. Some of mine are brittle and broken. See pics V/R

This could possibly be our 55-092, but it's hard to tell. Check it out and see how it matches your glazing.

Glazing was secondary, main issue-balance does not stay in place when closing the window. I think I am missing some plastic caps that the balance rides against. Sorry I did not send any pictures of this issue. Maybe something from the balance retainer page? cl/Spiral-Balance-Retainers

Oh, I'm sorry. I think you might be describing a top sash guide. Without pictures, I cannot say for sure what you have. I would need to see it removed from the window. Could our 18-161 be a match?

I have included a picture of my window with a ruler for a better understanding and hopefully a perfect part match. Please let me know what additional info you need for a perfect match?

The size of the top cap looks good, but that's only part of it. You will have to remove the top sash guide entirely in order to make sure everything else matches, as well.
