Alcan window single hung window balancer and top sash piece needed.

Looking for a Swisco balancer to replace the one in picture attached. Also need top sash part also shown in the picture.

1 balancer has part #2930, shown in picture.

A second balancer has a part number if #3620 which is a different sized Alcan window.

Please advise if more information is needed.

Thanks for contacting us. Your top sash guide looks like our 18-161, but I'm less sure about your balance. It looks like it could be either our Series 380 or Series 385, depending on the depth of the shoe. Look these over and see what you think.

Hi Tom, disregard my last message I saw the part number you gave me for the sash part,
18-161.

My question is what series balancer for the part numbers you gave me?

Series 380 or 385?

Greetings. Most Alcan windows use Series 380 balances, which have our 19-005 top & 15-005 bottom nylon attachments. Please compare. The balance you show is our S380-30 with a stamp option 2930 for a sash weight range 16 through 23 lbs. The other balance sounds like our S380-37 with a stamp option 3620 for a sash weight range 13 through 18 lbs. Take a look and see what you think.
