Alcan window spring ID please

Quick Learner from Wellington, FL
Hi.. I have Alcan windows installed in my home when it was built in 1989. One of my window springs has broken.. the line in the internal mechanism snapped. The metal part of the assembly is 24 inches. I'm including a picture of it along with the broken parts. Also a couple photos of the plastic pieces. The assembly has the number 2330 JV stamped in the metal. Please advise which spring assembly I need. Thank you.

Thanks for posting. At first glance, this looks like either an S380-24 or S385-24. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the illustration below for reference. Based on your photos, I am suspicious if your balance matches either of these options--it's possible it could be less deep than 1", in which case we could still help, but it would have to be a custom order since none of our stock items use a shoe with that depth. That said, before we get ahead of ourselves, if you could confirm that shoe depth we'll proceed from there.
